Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Naturally, when you relax and reduce stress, healing occurs as well. It’s a way of guiding life force energy to help you feel better in many different ways. It can help when you’re sick. It can help when your emotions are out of whack. And the best part is that you don’t have to “believe” in anything. It has nothing to do with religion. There’s no dogma. Reiki can certainly give you a deeply spiritual experience, but at the very least, you’ll come away from a Reiki session feeling much more calm and relaxed.
